Building apps, building a business
and surviving the chaos

A newsletter about what it really looks like to build products, work with clients, and figure things out as a solopreneur. Real stories, tools that actually help, and lessons learned the hard way.

What you'll find inside

Every edition, straight to the point

The chaotic topic

Honest debates about building a business, building products, and the reality of being a solopreneur. NDAs, AI traps, pricing struggles, and everything in between.

What I have learned

Real lessons from building products with AI tools, debugging at midnight, connecting APIs, and all the things that break along the way.

C.I.P (chaos in progress)

What I'm working on right now. Client projects, indie products, trainings. The messy, real progress of building multiple things at once.

Tools to make chaos

One tool per edition that I actually use. From Obsidian to Raycast to iPhone Shortcuts. Only the ones that are worth your time.

"I really love the emails you send and also the videos you record."

Jaime M. — eCommerce marketing consultant

"I admire her as a professional — it was an honor to work together."

Olga de A. — growth & marketing strategist

Celia

Who writes this?

I'm Celia, a solopreneur building apps, running a one-person company, and currently living in Taiwan. I've been developing websites and products for almost 10 years, and I've visited more than 20 countries while doing it.

This newsletter is as much an experiment as life itself. Expect real stories, fresh ideas, and a fair dose of trial and error. I share the tools, tips, and advice that I used to only share with close friends.
